We loved the place! It is perfect for families. The breakfast was great, continental, a lot of fresh fruit, espresso coffe, cereals, yogurts. The pool is large and really clean, we didn’t have the time to try it, had to explore the Cod. The owners are great people, no fake kindness, they gave us great tips which places to visit to make the most out of our trip. On the first evening they even arranged a little party for the guests, with singer, free snacks and drinks. We also loved the huge playground behind the pool with badminton and the table to chill in front of our room. And the little rabbits that run around.

Excellent location with view of the beach and ocean, room was impeccable and kitchenette just perfect to prepare a cooked meal. Lovely shower room, plenty of towels and very clean. Beach towels also provided. Staff very friendly and helpful too.

Everything was great. Quiet location, but very central (and an ice cream place just next to it). Pretty and tidy room, very comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Also, the free breakfast is great, since it offers fresh fruit, unsweetened yoghurt, hard boiled eggs, bagels as well as hot and iced coffee or self-made banana bread or cake by the owner. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and could only recommend it to everyone visiting Cape Cod.

Very welcoming office staff. They could not have been more accommodating…going above and beyond. Pools were really nice and clean. Room was wonderful. Everything spotless. Fantastic modern bathroom. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows. Breakfast had numerous options.Coffee and tea available 24/7! Nice to visibly see cleaners and maintenance workers taking care of the hotel even the windows above the indoor pool. My wife and I liked everything about our stay there. We felt safe and would certainly stay there again if we get up that way. This hotel is a best kept secret!

Very welcoming office staff. They could not have been more accommodating…going above and beyond. Pools were really nice and clean. Room was wonderful. Everything spotless. Fantastic modern bathroom. Having never been to Cape Cod before I opted for somewhere central and could not have been happier. Having travelled the length and breadth during our stay this little house was an ideal base. Just a shame we were there only 2 nights.

Excellent location very quiet area but close to Harwich and you can walk to the beach. Lovely swimming pool with comfortable chairs to relax on and enjoy the sun. Excellent hosts welcomed us when we arrived at the house. In the morning there is tea coffee juice bagels and fruit provided which was a lovely touch. We had a coffee machine microwave and fridge in the room. Great house keeping every day we were offered towels and anything else we required
