Our stay at this accommodation had some definite positives. We found the apartment itself to be both cozy and spacious, offering a comfortable environment to relax in after a long day. The hostess was also a highlight of our experience. She was consistently friendly and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. Furthermore, the kitchen was fully equipped, which made preparing our own meals incredibly convenient and enjoyable.

This was a really good stay in the NYC/Newark area. The whole property was recently-renovated so everything felt new. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable; the wifi and A/C worked well; the price was excellent. The property is well-located - there are express buses to NYC as well as local buses to Newark (for EWR and PATH connections to NYC). All-in-all this was a very pleasant stay.

Good location from Newark airport - easy to get to with hotel shuttle (from P4) or using the train and a ten minute walk from Newark Penn station. Not the glitter of Manhatten, buite a few low-budget food spots around. Very friendly overall. Historic building.

The room was very spacious, cleaned everyday and towels were replaced daily. There was very little street noise during the night, allowing a restful nights sleep in their very comfortable bed. The location was perfect, a less than 10 minute walk from Penn Station was ideal for our commute into Manhattan. The restaurant staff were very pleasant, morning and night, especially Jason the bartender, he made an excellent French Martini and he couldn't have been more attentive, always happy to serve.

The staff was incredibly helpful, patient and competent, always finding a solution to our requests. On one occasion, an item got lost. The manager helped retrieve it in no time. The location is also ideal for traveling to Manhattan Penn Station. I warmly recommend this clean, comfortable and very well managed hotel.

The main advantage of the hotel is its location relative to the PATH station and inexpensive parking (as for New York). Good price. A wonderful bonus is the view of the Manhattan skyscrapers from the window! The room is modern, closer to high-tech style. In general, the hotel is good for transit tourists by car who want to visit New York. Although the travel time to NY is quite long.
