The view was WONDERFUL. Exactly what we were looking for. It was a beautiful location with the most amazing views. It was cold while we were there, but the fire in the back was nice way to spend a few minutes outside even if it was snowing and pretty cold on our night there. The room is well thought out and maintained nicely. I would stay here again in a heart beat and hopefully will be next year at Christmas again :) Side note - if staying Christmas, bring your own food and snacks along. The town closed quite early and there was not a lot of choice after 3pm. But, it was Christmas Eve... And we loved every minute here!!!!!

The location was excellent. A great view of the mountains. Beds were comfortable. The house is reasonably priced Great kitchen accommodations! Furnished with games and puzzles and things to do while you're in the house!!

Julie who is the property owner greeted us really nice when we arrived late in the evening. She told us about the things to do around. The room was cozy with all required facilities. Best thing is price, if you look other options they are really expensive so I like having this budget stay option close to main downtown.

Large room, comfortable king size beds, comfy arm chairs, microwave and fridge in the room. The location is perfect. There are also laundry facilities on site for which we were grateful. A nice range of toiletries were included. overall we were very happy with our stay.

Location in downtown Ouray. Decent breakfast selection including waffles, oatmeal, cereal, a rotating hot egg-based dish, fruits, yoghurt, breads (but no ham and cheese to put on it), muffins. Afternoon happy hour featuring wine and lovely cookies. Quiet A/C in the room.
