Excellent location of this newly opened hotel. Very clean and appealing. Excellent breakfast and other meals at the hotel restaurant. Complimentary meal and drinks was such an awesome gesture. The biggest asset of this hotel is it's super friendly and helpful staff. All at front desk constantly checked on us to ensure our stay was enjoyable and memorable. All the staff were exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel

The staff were unbelievably helpful and kind, making the stay feel very special. There were three pools to choose from varying in size but all clean and relaxing. There were free shuttles taking us to the town or beach. Also, the spa was relaxing with lots of treatments available. Food was delicious with choices of local or western food. There was a water filter in the room so that we had access to unlimited fresh water. They provided mosquito spray and so many thoughtful, personal touches.

What a wonderful place to stay. The location is a fair distance away from the main town of Hoi An, which means you feel like you're escaping the intensity which is really lovely. The room is large and spacious and the balcony allows you to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The pool was the perfect temperature and gave us excellent relief from the heat after a busy morning spent exploring the town. Bicycles are provided for free and these are really the best way to get into the town or head down to the beach. The hostess is absolutely wonderful and nothing seems like too much effort. She arranged a tour for us, prepared breakfast for us well after the usual dining time and gave us excellent recommendations for where to get our tailoring done. The airport transfer was slightly late, and she compensated for this by giving us a discount which was very appreciated. If ever we come to Hoi An again, we will certainly be staying here again.

A nice hostel in a great location a few minute walk from the old town and lots of great food spots and stores. Our group of 3 booked one private room and a female dorm bed and both were nice. The private room had a little balcony, kettle, minifridge and bath robes with toiletries. Some work on the walls should be done, pieces were falling off around the door but overall nice and comfy. There were two bathrooms in the dorm which is awesome and courtains on the bed. Lockers available but you need your own lock (or borrow? Not sure, didn't need it). The staff is all sweet and helpful, we talked to Lyly, Nunu and Lita and they all gave us great local tips and made sure all was ok. There's a drinking water filter and breakfast was always nice. Bar on site but it didn't get loud which is sweet. Bike and motorcycle rental are convenient.

The hospitality of the staff was really great, especially Jessi that really cared for our trip. You won’t be left alone if you don’t do what to explore. Room was very clean, and spacious, with a sense of Vietnamese luxury. Great breakfast too!

Upon arrival hotel staff are extremely friendly and sort answer any questions with ease. The room itself is a great size and has everything you need, the shower and bathroom well kept and very clean. The hotel itself in a very good location about 10/15 minute walk from most activities or a cheap grab taxi away. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the price! Great value for money.

We recently stayed at this charming boutique hotel in Hoi An and had an absolutely delightful experience. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms spotlessly clean, and provided a perfect blend of comfort and style. The location was ideal - very close to the beach (30 secs walk). I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Hoi An!

All of the staff are very helpful and welcoming (with a cute little dog) and I would recommend booking a driver through the hotel to the airport as it was cheaper than Grab. The breakfast was great as well as the pool which was clean and a good size. The room was large and very clean with a balcony overlooking the pool, and good air con. Location was quiet and away from the busy place but ideal for exploring Hoi An- there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby but then only a short walk over the bridge to the main area
