We only stayed one night, so I feel like I cant give a very solid review. But the place is super nice if you prefer to stay a little away from the noise from town. Lovely pool, and the little we got to talk to the staff - they all seemed very friendly and helpful, as usual in Vietnam. It was about a kilometer to walk into Tam Coc, which was no problem for us.

The staff went above and beyond! They are simply the best! Thank you! And obviously the hotel itself is like a fairytale! I do not understand the people that claim that it is too far from everything. Yes, it is secluded, and if you are looking for a secluded place it is perfect. It is so nice to wind down here. On top of that it is super easy to order a Grab that gets you anywhere and it doesn't take you long. You can play pool, darts and fussball which is great. And you can get drinks and snacks 24/7. And did I already say that the staff is amazing?!

This is a newly opened resort, but it’s absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed.The entire space feels relaxing, elegant, and inviting. What really stands out is the service – the staff are incredibly attentive, friendly, and detail-oriented. You can truly feel that they care about your experience and want everything to be just right. We had a late train at 6 PM, and even after checking out, the staff kindly allowed us to continue using the pool and relaxing in the lobby area. It made a huge difference to be able to unwind comfortably while waiting. The shuttle service was also very well organized and thoughtful. Every part of the experience felt smooth and cared for. Thanks Anna, Thuy and team If you're looking for a place where you'll be genuinely taken care of, this is it. Highly recommended,

We had the best experience in this hotel right from the start. We told the staff (who was incredibly friendly) that it was our honey moon and they welcomed us to our room with fruit, juices and a lovely note. The room was really spacious and clean, everything smelled nice and the shower and bed were great. Later on, I had one of the most fabulous massages ever!!! Not only in Vietnam, but one of the best I’ve ever had! Shoutout to the masseuse Tong for her magic hands. We rented a motorbike directly from the hotel and they offered to keep our bags until our bags later at night. Would 10/10 recommend!

The room was very clean and well isolated, so it was quiet. The A/C was also quiet and worked well. Nice food for very affordable prices in the restaurant. Nice swimming pool and overall area, inbetween beautiful green fields. With motorbike it's only a few minutes from the centre with restaurants. We liked the location! Wifi was good. We liked everything.

It's great to stay here, we feel very comfortable. The service is top-notch. Everyone is very nice. The rooms are cozy and very clean. The location is great, you can get to the small town next door and some small temples and cute restaurants by bike, which you can borrow for free. They also offer tours that are cheaper than going anywhere outside. Picking up guests from the airport or train station is easy, just write to them via WhatsApp or Booking. It's very nice and uncomplicated.
