We had a very short stay as arrived late to Hanoi and had to catch an early flight. Receptionist spoke perfect english, room was clean and showers were warm. Location is perfect to reach the airport within 5 minutes (do not expect to find many things in the surroundings).

Conveniently close to the hotel, food venues around and 2 grocery stores if you feel like having a snack. Staff is an amazing family, they really help us when we need to print some documents.
