Pradl elf my- apartment se bucură de o locație excelentă în cartierul Pradl din Innsbruck, la 15 minute de mers pe jos de Palatul Imperial Innsbruck, la 1,1 km de Gara Centrală Innsbruck și la 13... Very cleverly designed, clean apartment with kitchenette with all we needed for self catering; induction cook top, fridge, sink, clean and quality utensils, even a dishwasher. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine and the generous availability of more pods. Although a small double room, it makes great use of the space and we were comfortable, with one soft chair plus a comfy, wide bench. Large windows also enhance the space. Bed was comfortable, wi fi and shower great and soft thick towels provided. The large communal area downstairs is a bonus for those in larger groups or with children. Keno in reception welcomed us late in the day (he had already replied to our message when our train was delayed and reassured us as to door code etc if we were late to check in) On arrival he provided us with maps, our Welcome Card and and an informative briefing, including advice re food shopping prior to a Sunday and a public holiday when supermarkets are shut and then answered our many questions and helped carry our luggage upstairs. Despite it being late afternoon, he also happily showed us how to use the coffee machine; thanks Keno for such a warm welcome. Location was perfect, 1 km from the station, some of it via a pleasant park and cycle path along the river and a quiet peaceful area. It was an easy walk/cycle or use free public transport ( Welcome card) to the old city centre. A large supermarket and shopping mall is very close also. We made good use of the free bikes available ( with locks and baskets) to both explore locally and rode also to Hall and beyond along the river path.

The place is neat and clean with a nice mountain view. The free parking, easy to find, and close to places like restaurants, ATMs, and glocery stores makes it valuable for the cost.

Excellent stay. Staff was consistently polite and helpful. Location is perfect—right in the center, with easy access to everything. We received the tourist cards at check-in, so all buses and trams were free, which made getting around very easy. Staff clearly explained how everything worked. Daily room cleaning was reliable. They also provided secure luggage storage free of charge both before check-in and after check-out, with a card-based system we could operate ourselves. Overall, very solid experience.

It was very beautiful, different from other hotels style-wise, its location was excellent as well as the hotel’s restaurant and wine bar.

Located right on the Inn River, the traditional Hotel Mondschein is just across the bridge from the Old Town of Innsbruck. Recepționerii hotelului ( în mod special, dl.Patrick) și personalul restaurantului au fost deosebit de drăguți,amabili și binevoitori. Calitatea serviciilor hotelului și a restaurantului se ridică la rang de excelență. Camera hotelului, în care- am stat ,a fost deosebit de cochetă,elegantă și confortabilă, fără însă, a fi opulenta. Foarte atenți la detalii,specialiștii lor- cu un rezultat excepțional! Amplasarea hotelului este excelentă, în raport cu centrul vechi al orașului (5 minute pe jos), cu Gara Centrală ( 5 min.cu taxiul- 9 E), cu aeroportul ( 10 min.cu taxiul- 12 E). De asemenea, am apreciat în mod deosebit, faptul că a fost foarte cald ,bine, confortabil în hotel.( eu fiind deosebit de friguroasa, iar vremea deloc prietenoasă- ger năprasnic, ploaie,vânt rece și tăios, o singură zi,senină și relativ călduroasă la prânz). Totodată m- am bucurat că după ce m- am cazat,recepția hotelului mi- a dat un Wellcome Innsbruck Card, care permitea transportul public gratuit în oraș și în împrejurimile acestuia și conferea o reducere de 25% la cele mai importante atracții turistice. Mii de mulțumiri, recepției hotelului și staff- ului restaurantului, pentru ajutorul neprețuit și vacanța minunată pe care- am avut-o!
