Very cleverly designed, clean apartment with kitchenette with all we needed for self catering; induction cook top, fridge, sink, clean and quality utensils, even a dishwasher. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine and the generous availability of more pods. Although a small double room, it makes great use of the space and we were comfortable, with one soft chair plus a comfy, wide bench. Large windows also enhance the space. Bed was comfortable, wi fi and shower great and soft thick towels provided. The large communal area downstairs is a bonus for those in larger groups or with children. Keno in reception welcomed us late in the day (he had already replied to our message when our train was delayed and reassured us as to door code etc if we were late to check in) On arrival he provided us with maps, our Welcome Card and and an informative briefing, including advice re food shopping prior to a Sunday and a public holiday when supermarkets are shut and then answered our many questions and helped carry our luggage upstairs. Despite it being late afternoon, he also happily showed us how to use the coffee machine; thanks Keno for such a warm welcome. Location was perfect, 1 km from the station, some of it via a pleasant park and cycle path along the river and a quiet peaceful area. It was an easy walk/cycle or use free public transport ( Welcome card) to the old city centre. A large supermarket and shopping mall is very close also. We made good use of the free bikes available ( with locks and baskets) to both explore locally and rode also to Hall and beyond along the river path.

The Nala Individuellhotel is located in the centre of Innsbruck, 800 metres from the Golden Roof. It offers a small fitness centre with an infrared cabin, and free WiFi access. Great location, clean and spacious room, and very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the cinema room which had a beautiful view of the mountain through our window.

The Gasthof Badl - Bed & Breakfast looks back upon a 360 year-long tradition in hospitality. It is is situated right on the banks of the Inn river and offers quiet rooms with a view. From the first moment the staff was exceptionally wonderful. The room was lovely. The breakfast is unusually delicious. Perfect location by the river. This is a place we would definitely love to return to. A personal thank you to the wonderful family that runs the place perfectly.

The Boutiquehotel Weisses Rössl offers spacious rooms in a historic building with a restaurant, a 1-minute walk from Innsbruck's Golden Roof. Internet access is available free of charge. Hotel with great flair, directly in the old town-part of the city centre and a short distance to the river Inn. The breakfast was fantastic and all staff were very friendly and welcoming! It will definitely be my choice again for another stay in Innsbruck.
