SPA area is great and the temperature in the the pool is perfect for winter - it is usually a bit cold in the thermal pools for us, but here it was perfect. We didn’t interact with the staff much except at the checkin (there was an issue with the self check in). The lady from the hotels restaurant helped us right away and she was super nice! Unfortunately, we didn’t ask her name. We did not try hotel breakfast as the village has so many restaurants. For the skiers - there are many elevators from all sides of the hotel surrounding.
