It is set 200 metres from Imperial Palace Innsbruck and offers a lift. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. We weren't sure what to expect of the apartment as it was a unique style of accommodation but we were very pleased and thought it was amazing value. It was essentially a hotel but with reception a few buildings down the road. We went straight to the Hotel Grauer Bar to check in as we weren't able to check in online. It was seamless when we arrived and they gave us great instructions on how to get to the apartment. I had also looked it up on Google street view so had a good idea where I was going but it was easy to find with the instructions from the staff at the hotel. We were able to park at the hotel for a small fee and were able to use the amenities at the hotel as part of our booking which was great. It was very cool to be in the Old City part of Innsbruck and the city was very walkable which was great.

Perfect location for hiking and exploring - really beautiful views of the mountains from the communal area. Staff were also amazing! Isabel was lovely, very friendly and extremely helpful.
