It is set 200 metres from Imperial Palace Innsbruck and offers a lift. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Loved the spa, was great to come back to after a day out. Breakfast was good and room was nice.

Walking distance from the train station and right at the start of the pedestrianised zone. The river was not far and I could see the surrounding hills/mountains from the window. The room was finished to an extremely high standard and was comfortable and homely. It was useful to have cooking facilities and the dishwasher was a nice treat. The automatic check-in screen/keycard dispenser worked fine.

The accommodation offers a fitness centre, sauna and free WiFi throughout the property. My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of April 2025. Everything was PERFECT from check in till check out. The room is very same as shown on the booking.com site. They gave us Innsbruck Travel Pass which I could use in public transport for free. They also help me with the direction & bus to reach their place from the train station. I would recommend it to others.

I loved this place, the environment was wonderful, the common areas are very comfortable and cozy and the kitchen is fully equipped, the staff's attention was also perfect and very friendly, I definitely recommend this place, I think it is the best quality-price of the area!
