Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. It's been a while since we've been to the coast and I'm glad we stayed at the Encore. The receptionist was fantastic, informative and helped us with parking. The room was super clean, spacious and inviting. We felt safe. We had enough towels and pool towels for our stay, there were extra pillows if we needed them - which seems small but really makes all the difference. The pool, spa and sauna were gorgeous and a family favourite. There was construction across the road but we heard none of it. We would definitely stay here again, thank you for taking such great care of my family!

The staff were super friendly and helpful in booking the Great Barrier Reef and Kuranda tour. I was in a shared room with 3 beds. The room was as described and clean. The bathrooms were also clean and there are multiple so it's not a big problem to share. Amazing outdoor Shower. Easy check-out if you leave early to take a flight.

All amenities and basic necessities were covered from a fully stocked kitchen to washing machine and clothes line for laundry. Location was perfect, super secluded and relaxing, we spent the following day visiting Kondalilla Falls / National Park and exploring Montville, for that reason it couldn’t have been a more ideal location. 10 minutes from the closest town with every shop you could possibly need. 10/10 would and most likely will stay again!!
