Also restaurant "GOOD FALK RESTAURANT" is amazing. recommend basil pesto pasta and mushroom rissoto. There is a very comfortable space in the public bathhouse where you can sit on a comfortable sofa and enjoy a fire. Just thinking about it makes me want to go back.

The house is located in a quiet residential area, close to a large shopping centre. The kitchen is really big and well equipped, including a large fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, laundry/dryer and microwave. Flora provides cleaning supplies for the kitchen and laundry detergent. The adjacent living room has a large TV and a very comfy sofa. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. There is a large bedside table either side of the bed, a small desk and a wardrobe. We had the en-suite bathroom with two sinks and walk in shower. Shower pressure was excellent and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) were also provided. Two bath towels and two hand towels were provided per guest. The house doesn’t have air conditioning but there are stand up fans in the bedrooms. There are two bedrooms in the house we stayed in. There was another couple also staying there when we stayed but this wasn’t an issue at all. They were really nice and there was plenty of space in the house for everyone. Parking is available on the street outside.

Sydney made my stay easy and comfortable. The location was perfect, easy to get to from the airport via public transport. The place was lovely and clean, had everything I needed and the bed was incredibly comfy! I would definitely stay here again.

Good value for money - offers excellent standard of service and accommodation, comparable to many high-class hotels I’ve stayed in elsewhere.

I had an early morning appointment at Cloudbreak so decided to stay the night at the new Alt Hotel since I've had good experiences at several of their other properties. This location is the best among all of them! Simple easy check in, beautiful room with a very comfortable bed, fantastic location in University District with ample dining options, just a great experience.
