Love the photos in the hallway, very thoughtful of keeping hotel visitors busy and entertained. Thank you, it was a great and enjoyable time while we were there. The only thing I would consider adding is a pair of sleepers, especially during winter time. Not everyone is traveling with one, and people were wearing their boots or going barefoot around the hotel and in the pool area. Also, fix the elevator, as it was going extremely slow or stopping/missing floors.

Self served breakfast helps a lot. The location is also nice, just five minutes walk from Banff main street. The host give us advice on recommendations and traffic which is also nice and helpful.

I missed breakfast a few times because I was out for a conference (which also served breakfast), Karen packed the muffins for me which I then could eat for lunch. Also, one was allowed to pack a small lunch to take with you for the day. These extra services make this a great place/bargain. Great!

Guestrooms are uniquely decorated and offer high ceilings and modern conveniences, including free WiFi at the Banff Boutique Inn- Pension Tannenhof. Check-in was easy with friendly Hannah there to explain everything. I appreciated the organic pour over coffee and fresh cream in the morning and the comfortable sitting/dining area. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and welcoming, bathroom was well appointed - everything was very clean. Location was excellent - walking distance to downtown and in a very nice neighborhood. Appreciated the free parking behind the building. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.
