The wooden caracter of the house and the old history, I felt myself in a very cozy house. And The staff were so much welcoming very helpful for inside and outside of the hotel. Centrally-located modern hotel lined with yellow balconies, opposite the Interlaken West Train Station with links to the Jungfrau Ski Area. Modern guestrooms are decorated in light colours with patterned fabrics; all include satellite televisions and balconies and free WiFi. This is the second time we stay at this hotel and enjoy our stay. The location is excellent, right next to the train station. The room is clean and cozy. There is a fridge and a kettle in the room. The breakfast is absolutely reasonable. The staff is welcoming and very nice. We were satisfied with everything.
