The staff was absolutely amazing! In addition to the hotel being historic and beautiful, the staff went above and beyond. It was my birthday, and they surprised me with a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates. That was in addition to the bottle of wine they gave us upon arrival to welcome us to their beautiful hotel.

We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both were of the highest quality we experienced in Northern Italy. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to enjoy Italian hospitality in an area of spectacular natural beauty. Grazie mille!

The decor is tasteful , the location is unbeatable, and the views are simply breathtaking. One of the highlights was being able to walk just a few steps down and dive straight into the lake. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented But what made our stay truly special was Carmen. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!

I particularly liked the attention to details and the decorations in each room. (The beds were very comfortable too and there were also slippers available!) There were also many toys and books for children available 🌼 The location was also great. Near to the lake and the children playground, but also very quiet and peaceful during the night, near the nature and the mountains. It was very pleasant altogether! We also got many gifts, snacks and sweets! Thank you! :)
