This was the only property we stayed at in Switzerland with AC thank goodness. It was also in a good central location in Lugano. The room was very clean and comfortable and also the beds were wonderful and we slept very well. Self check-in was easy and efficient and the hosts were responsive. We were able to get to Valle Verzasca from this location which took about 1.5 hours. 100% recommend!!

We love the location and the owner makes the check in process so easy. The amenities were great and they were generous with towels. Love the fact they have a washing machine and dryer. Balcony we used all the time.
