The hotel is located on top of the town ensuring unobstructed views of the mountains and the tranquility of the countryside. The food is beautiful. I had dinner twice and absolutely loved the veal rosti. Whilst the room is very maximised in terms of space the beds are super comfy and the shower powerful. The best is the staff though. So welcoming, kind and accommodating. They had a table secured for me every night despite of being open to the public and they offered me towels for me and my dog when we arrived soaked the first day :)

The beds are very large and comfortable. The breakfast is very good. Shared bathroom but the room has its own toilet.as It also includes various play areas for children and adults.

This place was delightful in every way. On arrival, we were greeted warmly by the host and one of her five children. We were shown around our room and to the kitchen, which we were free to use. The room was beautifully set up, with lovely touches including a jug of drinking water on the table, and some individually wrapped cookies, which were vegan (a bonus for us, as usually we can't eat any chocolates or cookies). A little later, the host came to see us again with another of her children, to collect our payment. Again, their interaction with us was extremely warm and friendly. The room had a wonderful wall-length heater, which kept it warm, and a really nice combination of lighting, including a standing lamp with a dimmable bulb, and bedside lights. The bathroom was immaculate. The shower screen was so clean that it looked brand new - it had no streaks or water/soap marks on it, and the towels were folded to perfection. We spent two nights here but could have stayed longer due to how lovely it was. On the morning of our departure, the host came to see us to make sure we said goodbye when we left. She was so friendly and lovely. I cannot fault this place at all; it easily deserves a 10 out of 10.

It felt home. The apartment was well equipped even I didn’t have to worry about iron or hairdryer. Warm, cozy and comfortable in every way, location was perfect just across the supermarket. Will return for sure.

The apartment was wonderful. They had everything you could ask for. There was a play area for my little one. She loved playing with all the toys and enjoyed herself a lot. The kitchen comes with everything you may need and much more. Toaster, salad spinner, multiple sharp knives plus some basic staples. The hosts Ramona and Steffano were very good, quick to reply, and help us out with any issues. They even left us so many delightful gifts around the house. I would love to come back here. The only apartment in switzerland that made us want to stay in. Loved it. Highly recommend it to anyone thinking of going to lucerne. It is slightly far from lucerne city but there is a station nearby.
