Breakfast was varied with plenty of options to choose from. We appreciated the free parking and complimentary spa access included with our booking. The location is convenient, close to the train station and restaurants. An outstanding experience overall.

The hotel (actually a charming villa) was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. The lady at the reception 🥰🥰🥰 was very friendly, welcomed us with complimentary chocolates. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The room was beyond comfortable, spotless and spacious, with elegant décor. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options. Great restaurants and train station within walking distance. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Villa Patria is a stunning boutique hotel nestled right on the shores of Lake Lugano — and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. The decor is tasteful , the location is unbeatable, and the views are simply breathtaking. One of the highlights was being able to walk just a few steps down and dive straight into the lake. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented But what made our stay truly special was Carmen. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!

It’s very well equipped, fully clean and full of compliments like social games and books, perfect for family trips. And in the top of all, the managers are kind, responsive and nice people. We definitely will back. Last, but not least, the place really has a free parking, unlike other properties with external and expensive parkings.
