Hotel Jägerhof har en rolig beliggenhed tæt på Zermatts bymidte, ca. 5 minutters gang fra svævebanen, Klein Matterhorn. Det har et moderne fitnesscenter og tilbyder gratis trådløs internetadgang. we arrived by train and were picked up at the station. At the hotel around 11 and our room was ready. room had a balcony with a view to the matterhorn. all of the staff were terrific. new bathroom was spiffy. free breakfast was amazing. dinner was excellent. it was stated as a 3 star hotel . . . wrong . . . it was 5 star

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. Utroligt hjælpsomt og venligt personale. Vi havde vores hund med, selv den blev forkælet. Fantastisk udsigt til Matterhorn og den måske bedste hotelmorgenmad vi har fået.

Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt ligger centralt i Zermatt, 300 m fra togstationen. Det er bygget i typisk Valais-chaletstil og tilbyder spa-område med sauna og spabad samt gratis WiFi overalt. Chic hotel with an excellent selection for breakfast. Stayed only for one night as we were travelling around quite a bit but would definitely stay again!

Hôtel des Muverans ligger i Ovronnaz, 28 km fra Golf Club de Sion, og har en have, et fælles opholdsområde og en terrasse samt gratis privat parkering. Newly refurbished, very clean, smart room and bathroom, well equipped and modern decor. Staff were very friendly, especially the owner who really liked after us and had a good sense of humour. We had a great dinner in the restaurant and breakfast was also very good with lots of choice. Parking was easy. Easy access to fabulous walks from the chair lift just up the road. Hotel is in a pretty little village with several other restaurants so there was choice. We didn't us the gym or sauna so cannot comment.

Stunning views, cozy stay – just a few things to be aware of The location is absolutely beautiful – the view is breathtaking! The road up is a typical mountain road with narrow, winding sections, so drive carefully. 🏡 Our apartment was clean and well-maintained. The bedroom was very comfortable – the bed was great, though the pillows are quite big and high, which might not suit everyone. 🍳 The kitchen is fully equipped, but a few items are a bit worn – for example, the potato peeler was rusty. Also, note that there is no soap or shower gel in the bathroom, so make sure to bring your own. A funny detail: if you need extra toilet paper, you have to request it at reception and pay 0.50 CHF per roll. 🧼 Overall cleanliness was very good. There was a bit of dust in some areas – maybe the apartment hadn’t been used since winter – but towels and linens were fresh and clean. 🚗 Parking is available, but it’s paid. Getting from the parking lot to the room was a bit confusing – we had to switch between three elevators – but you do receive a map with instructions, so don’t worry too much. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 There’s a small play area for kids with a lovely terrace where parents can relax and enjoy the view. It could use a few more games or toys to make it more engaging. 👀 Our room didn’t have a direct view, but that wasn’t a problem – the terrace offers amazing scenery, and even the walk from the parking lot gives you incredible views. 🤝 The staff was polite and helpful, though not particularly warm – they could be a bit friendlier. 💸 Overall, the value for money was very good, and I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful mountain escape with all the basics covered.

Hotel Porta Cervino ligger i Täsch, 5,6 km fra Zermatt Togstation. Her er concierge-tjeneste, en terrasse, en bar samt gratis wi-fi overalt. Der er desuden allergivenlige værelser. Værelserne var nye, rene, store over alt forventning!

SWISSPEAK Resorts Zinal ligger i Zinal, 40 km fra Crans-sur-Sierre, og har en terrasse, en restaurant og en bar samt privat parkering. Overnatningsstedet har en børneklub samt gratis wi-fi overalt. We loved that our room had a balcony and we could hear the river flowing outside. We also loved having a kitchen as meals in town were expensive so it was great to cook in a bit and have breakfast in the morning. The beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient to hiking, transit stops, shops and restaurants in town. The room was cozy but very well appointed and great for our group of 4 adults.

PAPILL'ON - Boutique Hotel ligger i La Tzoumaz, 33 km fra Golf Club de Sion, og har et fælles opholdsområde, en terrasse og en restaurant samt gratis privat parkering. Very nice breakfast with some unique touches. I won't let more details not to spoil pleasant surprise for future guests. Hotel is brand new, so everything looks very solid, functional, well thought through.
