We stayed in a family room for four adults it was cozy and just right for us. The owner gave us such a warm welcome and a heartfelt goodbye, which really made us feel at home. It was a truly wonderful stay definitely a place worth recommending!

Apartment is located right in the centre, with an abundance of supermarkets and shops (ranging from low end to high end). Christmas market is a short walk from apartment. There are clear instructions provided on how to manoeuvre your way around the apartment and you have frequent help on whatsapp if required! Christine was really lovely and was always very willing to help. The apartment has a great amount of storage space, it’s very clean, and stylish. Would definitely visit and book the same apartment again!

I would especially like to mention the following hotel employees: Lawrence, Julietta, Fabio, Bogdan and Adi. Magnificent view from the room to the lake. The room is comfortable. An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art. Definitely come back again and will recommend to the friends.
