I visited Rapa Nui for two nights in December 2024 and Kitai Cabanas was really the best place to stay and made my short trip wonderful. The hosts are lovely persons and make the guests to feel welcome. Even before arrival communication was great and all questions have been answered quickly. Pick up at the airport was included and drop off at departure as well. The cottage is spacious, clean and a fully eqipped kitchen (which I did not use though, as Kitai Cabanas is next to many good restaurants). Water dispender is in the room, which was convinient. Room, bath and kitchen have been clean and I had a nice terrace with garden view. There are many lovely cats arround. Bed was comfortable. Wifi worked well. I booked also an island tour with the hosts and Kevin is an excellent guide. Very knowlegable about the history and culture of Rapa Nui.

We had a wonderfull time at this appartment. Everything you need is available. Great and kind host. He did also the aiport transfer for us. We loved the bees, dogs, cat and the whole enviroment of this appartment. It was the highlight of our trip!

They always made me feel very welcome and the breakfast is absolutely delicious and filling. I was stuffed after all the delicious food.

They serve pick/dropoff service. Super kind and get great help when I stay. Appreciate their quick pickup when my flight canceled. They also have proper kitchen to cook. Good for value. Highly recommend.

Cabañas Maria Hau se găsește la 17 minute de mers pe jos de Pea și are o grădină, o terasă și un serviciu de transfer gratuit. Maria Hau was extremely friendly and the house is comfy and clean. Location is close to downtown and quiet at night. We accidentally left a water bottle on her car when she drove us to airport and she rushed to the airport and gave it back to us right before we were about to board - extremely helpful and we really appreciate the help!

I really enjoyed my stay in Rangi Moana. The staff was very friendly and helpful, transfer from and to the airport was great. Room was very clean, area is quiet and calm. If you need to buy some water, food etc. it's very close to the store. It's around 25 min. of walk to the city, but it's a nice walk, especially after a big meal 😄 By taxi around 5 min. I wish to stay there bit longer.
