Well equipped cabins overlooking the bay. Very efficiently arranged. Nice outside deck, covered parking. Great breakfast and for all an excellent value. We highly recommend! The owner was most gracious as were the staff.

Conveniently located 400 metres from a supermarket, MaPatagonia Hostel Casa Historica offers accommodation in Puerto Varas. Rooms include a shared bathroom. Everything was more than perfect! I stayed at both hostels, and they were both just amazing. Wish I could have stayed longer! Thanks to all the MaPatagonia team for taking such good care of me. Specail thanks to Pierre and Alejandra. Set on the shores of a lagoon, Hotel Boutique Casa Werner offers accommodation in Llanquihue. Free WiFi access is available here. Breakfast is included. I had a wonderful 3 days at Casa Werner. I fully recommend it. A short walk to the Llanquihue lake, a few minutes Uber to Puerto Varas where most of the tours depart. I had 2 wonderful dinners cooked by the lovely Yvonne and one hot tub session listening to the birds and taking photos! Brilliant. I met the owner and his son who were charming and taught me lots about the area and Chile. Couldn't fault anything.

Located near the centre of Osorno and overlooking the city, this hotel offers accommodation with modern amenities, a gym and free WiFi access. Rooms at Sonesta Hotel Osorno feature a luxury décor. Due to airline flight reschedule, we arrived later than expected -- this was not an issue, as my reservation was still in place. Our room was very large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many choices of what to eat as well as healthy eating choices. And when I asked for "cream" for my tea, I was given the real thing, not whole milk or half-and-half -- and they remembered this every subsequent morning!!! Such a wonderful consideration! The Manager came to our (Raquel) table, introduced herself and was always present as we were coming and going for our visits with our friends. The cleaning staff was a great help, especially with the repositioning of the shower head and how to reset the thermostat. This was also followed up almost immediately from what we assumed to be the floor manager to be certain that we were comfortable. My friend and I are "mobility impaired" and it was a very, very pleasant surprise to have such close personal attention paid to our needs., even at checkout. We have never had such positive personal attention paid to us at any hotel we have stayed in the past 15+ years. And the price quoted was the actual cost for our stay -- AMAZING! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Great apartment where i stayed with my bicycle before starting my Patagonia cycling adventure. The man that works at the apartments was very helpful, recommending places to go to shop and eat. There are convenience stores right outside the apartment and a good restaurant down the hill a 5 min walk away. I would recommend staying here.
