Situated 1.3 km from Parque Araucano, The Place, features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a shared lounge and a 24-hour front desk for your convenience. The hotel is simply great, we stayed two nights in the apartment with a balcony and we loved it! The place is new and very nicely decorated, we even had a fully equipped kitchen (though didn’t use it). All common areas are so cozy and quiet, never saw it busy during the day. Although the rooftop pool is quite small, I always managed to find a bed, though spots in the shade are limited! Finally, we had breakfast included in the price and, we tried different options and all of them were delicious.

Staff is extremely polite and the room was alway clean after the service. Food is good and the room service is pretty fast. Elevators were fast as well, so you don't have to wait for too long. I'll definitely go to that hotel again.

Located in the heart of upscale quiet residential Providencia, Heidelberg Haus offers self-catering apartments with WiFi in a tranquil area of Santiago. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect. It is located in a quiet little square, close to all the points of interest in Providencia, a 10 min walk from the Los Leones metro station. The cleanliness is impeccable, there is a 24 hour reception desk, the gate is locked all the time giving a feeling of security. The apartment is spacious, with a comfortable bed, a friendly living room and a balcony overlooking the mountains. The staff and the manager Luciano are all professional, friendly and gave me support in everything I needed. If I return to santiago I will definitely make the same choice for accommodation.

Just 100 meters from Baquedano Metro Station, Hostal Río Amazonas offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and TV sets. I liked everything about this lovely place.The location was perfect-a short walk to the Metro station.The room was clean and serviced regularly.Sleep quality was excellent.Breakfast each morning was perfect and really prepared me for the day....What I liked most were the staff-friendly,helpful,welcoming and ultra professional.I want to mention Caroline who handled check-in and helped me a lot during the week I spent there...Also,Ron,Janice,Javiera,Antonia,Fran,Christian,Claudia and Sebastian.The staff helped in so many ways to make my stay so enjoyable.This is a top class Hostal and is definitely worth returning to.....Top marks....10 out of 10.
