Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Very nice and cozy hostel with very friendly staff. Rooms are small but just enough and they are very clean. We had hot water all the time. Breakfast is nice and they refill it all the time. There are both sweet (granola, cakes, fruit) and savoury options (ham, cheese, eggs). Location is 10-15 minutes walk from the city center and you have a free parking on the street.

We received a warm welcome from Soraya and noticed immediately how clean and comfortable she keeps her B&B. The bathrooms were spotless, the showers were strong and warm and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast in the dining room was lovely and Soraya was very friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay.
