Our stay at the Empark Prime Hotel Beijing was absolutely outstanding! The rooms are beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and offer a luxurious atmosphere. Every detail is well thought out, making it a truly comfortable experience. The hotel also boasts excellent restaurants, and the food is of an exceptionally high standard—every meal was a delight. The location is perfect for exploring Beijing, with easy access to all the major sights. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, it’s an ideal base to discover the city. What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the warmth and kindness of the staff. Their hospitality is second to none, and I have rarely experienced such genuine care. A special thank you to Ella and Richard, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. This hotel is simply exceptional—a perfect example of how a hotel should be run. Elsa and Nancy were nice person and very professional listening to all the requests and sharing their recommandations on a daily basis ! Exceptional property with a designer courtyard you won’t find anywhere in Beijing. The staff was very attentive and polite, most knew English quite well. The rooms are spacious, warm and cozily lit. Floors and beds were heated, which was especially nice on colder November days. Breakfasts were held in a quaint cafe with a second-floor terrace. Everyday it was a mix of Chinese and European-style dishes, and of course, dumpling soup. Various homemade teas available throughout the day for free, up until night. During check-in, there was a small inconvenience in our twin room, so we were freely upgraded to a gorgeous family loft with a private balcony. If you’re traveling as a group, this room should be the one to go. We left happy and recharged, ready for our next destination. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Le Zài Nanluo Hotel whenever we come to Beijing.
