SloveniaIt’s a lively place. Breakfasts are really nice. Everything is well organized in a very chill manner. The rooftop terrace is somewhat of a party place, so you don’t even have to leave the hostel if you want to “go out” for a beer or two. We stayed in the floor right below the terrace and the waterfall behind the building makes for a nice white noise curtain that blocks both the music and the traffic of Medellin.

Our room was very comfortable - very clean, great bed, and excellent views from the room balcony (more than worth paying for!) The breakfast was simple but good and the location was excellent for either walking around Laureles or for easy access to the subway to get to other parts of Medellin.

Mike's apartment is in the ideal location; near to all of the restaurants, nightlife and the supermarket was less than a block away. The apartment itself was clean with cold AC in each room and the mattress was comfortable. There was no 24/7 security but I felt completely safe coming and going at all hours. Mike is an awesome guy and a great host. He spent time telling me about Medellin and even recommended places for me to visit and restaurants not to miss. All in all, I'll definitely be back.

The location is fantastic, very close to metro station, supermarkets, restaurants, cafe's and the area feels safe. Staff are very friendly and willing to help. Very clean and modern. Bed is good, I slept very well.

Great location, the service is very kind, always willing to offer you a pleasant stay. About two blocks away is the starting point of most of the tourist excursion packages you can buy on the Internet. Which makes the location great. The area has plenty of nice restaurants, cigar lounges, a lot of nightlife, and money exchange shops. You can find restaurants for all budgets. Los Poblados is one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, excellent location close to two large shopping centers, a very safe area, beautiful and quiet to walk. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very kind and friendly and helps with everything, wide and delicious options on the menu, I highly recommend it!

Great location and very clean. Comfy bed and a waterfall shower. For the price you can’t really beat it, especially considering it has air conditioning which others in a the area at a similar price point lack.
Staff made this place for me though. All of them were exceptionally friendly and I made a point of having a conversation with them when I came or left. Will definitely be back here next time I am in Medellin.

The location is perfect - there are so many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was great - lots of options and the view from the rooftop is magnificent. The wifi is really strong. The restaurant downstairs is good and very convenient.

The pool area is really nice and I’d go back to stay for that because it’s quiet and a nice space to spend time in if you’re relaxing between travel. The rooms are basic but fine and very clean. Breakfast is the usual affair, not overly exciting but for the price I paid for the room it was a good deal. The staff are pleasant.
