The hostel really looks like the pictures on the website. It is in a great location and is in a bit quieter area of Poblado. The staff doesn't really speak English, but they are very kind and helpful. They will use translators to communicate and really support you via a WhatsApp chat. There was not a single request they didn't grant. There was this nice guy with a dog who carried my big suitcase up and down for me every time. I would definitely stay there again and the price for value is wonderful! I can also recommend the laundry service.

The hotel is new as of January of 2025 and the room was big, clean and comfortable for two people. The kitchenette is well stocked to cook small meals and we loved the complimentary coffee in the room. We were able to enjoy the balcony and we especially liked the Jacuzzi on the top floor. There is also laundry and a gym on the rooftop, although we didn't use either. The location is great for moving around the city. Pueblito Paisa is within walking distance as is la 70 and el Estadio. Although the hotel is on a busy road, the noise reduction windows don't let in much sound at all. It really is a nice place and I will return again when I'm in Medellin. 10/10!
