Valentina and the family were beyond helpful and made our stay better. On arrival Valentina gave us a list of activities that can be done in the area, advice on bus times and any other general help we needed. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every sense. Location is very great, just off the highway and near the Armenia airport. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the "sendero" walking path is magical. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect and restaurant food was delicious. This is a must visit hotel if you're in the area. One of the staff picked fruit from their trees for a family member at 10pm because they knew she might want some. Simply fantastic service.

It also provides a lot of hangers and bins! I know it may sound funny, but lack these details can be very annoying. Also location is great as it is not in the centre so there is no noise from the street, but still close to everything. This is kind of place that you can feel like at home and you are happy when you come back to it.
