Las vistas son espectaculares y se pueden admirar los amaneceres de una forma increíble. Las recepcionistas son super amables y nos ayudaron con todos los transportes para llegar a las atracciones, así como nos ayudaron a hacer las reservaciones de varias que nos recomendaron. Siempre estaban muy al pendiente de lo que necesitabamos. Definitivamente regresaría a este hotel!

We arrived late in the evening, and the owner kindly greeted us upon arrival and gave us a full tour of the property. To our surprise, he had prepared coffee, tea, fruit, snacks, and drinks to welcome us—such a thoughtful gesture that immediately made us feel at home. When we woke up the next morning, we were absolutely blown away by the view. Nestled in the heart of the cloud forest, the setting is nothing short of magical. The place itself is spotless, with an incredibly comfortable bed and soft bedding. Extra blankets were also available, which was a nice touch for the cooler nights. It’s super close to Monteverde town and all the major attractions and activities in the area. Don’t overthink it—just book! You won’t regret it.

We loved our stay at the hotel! First of all, the design of the hotel is beautiful, not only the overall buildings, but also the details. Also, the service was very good, including the check-in process, the breakfast and the room service. We always felt very welcome thanks to the friendly staff. Lastly, the hotel is secure, with the front door being locked all day, and the beach and some restaurants can be reached by walking.

We liked the huge room and the wonderful views from the hotel. The free safari tour on the premises was really interesting and José (the guide) explained lots of interesting things to us!
