Private parking is available on site. + Great location at the heart of Decin. + Great complimentary breakfast in the morning and it has even have a spacious kid's playroom where kids (my 7 and 5 years old) can play at the corner of the restaurant. + Great staffs whom assisted me and supported me with inquries w/o any sign of impatience. + Great apartment with all of the amenities that you can hope for. Our family forgot to bring the laudry capsule and the reception was able to provide it. + Love the modern vibe of the room design and decor. + The gym below is free of charge for guest to use but we didn't get to use it.

Located on the city square of Krásná Lípa in the Bohemian Switzerland region, the Aparthotel Lípa offers accommodation in the Lípa Resort Venue with free WiFi and onsite parking. This aparthotel is fantastic. Modern, centric located and well-designed. We were so lucky to be upgraded to a bigger apartment, but I believe that even with the 1-bed room apartment it would have been great. The apartments are super. At the arrival, the two people in the reception gave an extremely nice welcome (felt very nice after a long trip). Also, they are very service-minded people with a very positive and nice attitude. They even offered a free welcome drink etc. in the reception. We had both breakfast and dinner included and both were great. Especially the breakfast is outstanding. Feels better than many 5-star hotels. The apartment in general is very big and next time I would like to stay for a longer time. I recommend this place 100%.

The department was perfect located with amazing views, the small city is very cute, the communication with the host was uncomplicated as well as the check in und out. Outside the department you have access to parking. We were more than satisfied being there, definitely we recommend it and we hope we can stay there again in the future.

It was easy to communicate with the owner. We particularly enjoyed the immaculate cleanliness and equipped kitchen. The location is perfect. It's a short drive to the restaurants and city centre. The public transport was also a convenient option. We would highly recommend this unique place for an overnight visit or an extended holiday stay. We will be back again soon.
