Firstly - the staff! They were all so nice, helpful, friendly and willing to help if needed. The apartment was spotless on arrival. Loads of space for 2 people, and definitely enough space for more if your party is bigger. Beds were really comfortable too. The sauna and jacuzzi were really nice, the bar was great. Nice selection of drinks and good to relax in. Also for non winter months, this is close to loads of hiking trails which was exactly what I was after!

As a family of two adults and two children, we were looking for a comfortable, spacious, and pampering place in Liberec – and "Villa Terasy" exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. Our apartment was huge, tastefully designed with a modern style, and absolutely spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed: a well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to easily prepare meals for the kids, a large space to play and relax, and most importantly a true sense of peace and vacation. The location is simply perfect: close enough to the city center for us to walk around and easily access shops, but far enough to enjoy complete quiet at night. The fact that there's private, covered, and secure parking was a huge bonus for us. The service we received was exceptional. Our host was so kind, friendly, and helped us with every question and request. She also provided us with plenty of useful tips, including detailed recommendations for excellent restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which saved us a lot of time and indecision. And speaking of tips, here's one from us: Don't miss breakfast at the nearby cafe owned by the same people. As guests at the villa, you receive adiscount, and enjoyed a fresh, varied, very tasty, and incredibly good value breakfast considering the price you pay. The experience at "Villa Terasy" is the closest you can get to staying in a luxury hotel, yet it maintains the privacy and comfort of staying in a private home. This is evident in all the small details: from the ongoing cleaning services (not just at the end of the stay), to the bathroom treats like soft towels and a variety of quality soaps. Highly and lovingly recommended!

The interior looks freshly renovated and has everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The host was also very friendly and flexible. He even met us at the apartment later than the normal check in time to give us the keys (our train was arriving late). It's a very easy 15 minute walk from the property to the ski resort. We all thought the shower was fantastic.

It’s location right by the bus stop makes it easy to get to Bedřichov.

Really good value for the money, the host is very friendly and she automatically gave us a bigger room with an en-suite bathroom because we were alone in the building. A big and well-equipped common kitchen is available and there is a beautiful furnace in the dinner room which you can fire up, or you can make a bonfire outside. The location is awesome, really close to the forest and tourist trails, and Čertovy kameny rock formation is basically in the garden.
