Experience the ultimate relaxation at Retro Riverside Wellness Resort. Our children selected this place to celebrate my birthday. They couldn't have found a better place. The hotel is truly amazing. The location, out of town and close to the river, is beautiful. Everything speaks RELAX. The views either from the restaurant or from the room, the pool, and the SPA set the environment for a great stay. The staff, especially Sonya and the General Manager are very welcoming, always there to help, and very hospitable. Upon reception, Sonya was ready to support our needs, she made sure that our room would be ready even if we arrived a little bit earlier and offered a welcome drink while we waited. She also provided an overview of the facilities and instructions on how to use the SPA. She gave us directions to town, where to park, and places to visit. The room is beyond expectations, spacious, with a view of the river, and spotless. King-size bed and a fully equipped bathroom. A safe also that will be part of another story :) We enjoyed the SPA. There are 5 different types of saunas, well-prepared, and clean: Jacuzzi and pool. Massage service is in place. Now the Safe story. We had such a wonderful time and felt so relaxed that even though we always checked the room to avoid leaving anything behind, on this occasion we left our passports. We realized upon arrival at the airport, 2 hours away. After the shocking find, we called the hotel and both reception and the general manager took immediate care of the incident. They found our passports, negotiated transport, and in less than 2 hours we had our passports back. Talking with the general manager, the quick support we received kept our holidays still on track. What could have been a nightmare was a quick fixable event thanks to them. Muchas gracias from Costa Rica.

The three-and-a-half-star Hotel Ontario has a 150-year tradition and boasts a unique and quiet location above the famous Mill Colonnade, right in the center of Karlovy Vary. I have got upgraded room and asked for balcony, which I had to pay extra, but it was fabulous. I love room so much, that I am going to book it for my next visit. Location and breakfast were great as well and I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Spa & Wellness Hotel Olympia is situated in the spa centre of Mariánské Lázně, in close proximity to the forests, spa parks and healing mineral springs. Every staff member was very friendly and ready to help or explain. Spa facilities are excellent; however if you are interested in anything specific I'd suggest to book it in advance. Food in both restaurants meets every expectation. It is definitely a great option for a relaxed stay, highly recommended.

The family-owned Embassy Hotel is situated in the heart of Karlovy Vary, in direct vicinity to the thermal springs and 350 metres from the Hot Spring. The Embassy Hotel offers a fantastic balance of comfort, convenience, and cost. Located in a prime spot, it made exploring the city effortless. They genuinely care about guest satisfaction. Rooms were clean, well-kept, and quiet. Overall, it’s incredible value for money. Highly recommend!

Grandhotel Pupp is an impressive hotel with a tradition dating back to 1701, located in the historical center of Karlovy Vary, 300 meters from the spa colonnade. Superb location, friendly staff, fantastic facilities, excellent restaurants, cafés and bars. One of the best back massages I have ever had. One hint - if you want to take advantage of the Spa facilities, book the Riverside rooms, the Parkside rooms are further away
