The place is very cosy, comfortable and freshly-renovated, at the very center of Königstein, with a view of the Königstein fortress. I chose it mainly because it was pet-friendly, and we traveled with our cat who turned out to be their first feline guest. The staff was really helpful, and accommodated all our requests, even helped me order a surprise birthday cake for my husband. Thank you to Sylvia for bearing with all my questions and showing incredible hospitality!

Very clean with all you need for your vacation. Central located in Bad Schandau with easy access to Tram, busses and ferries which is free of charge with the "Gästkarte". Very friendly and helpfull host. We are coming back for sure!

I stayed at the 10 bed dorm which was on the attic floor. It was very hot outside but there was a stand fan in the room which helped a lot. The bed was soft and comfy with charging points behind the bed. The location is great. It is 15 mins by foot to the station from where there are regular trains to Dresden. Also 15 mins to the ferry which takes you across the river. You get a guest card where the cost of the ferry is included. The shared bathroom was also very clean. Overall an amazing stay!
