Unipark by Oro Verde Hotels is located beside Parque Seminario and within Unicentro Shopping Mall, opposite the Metropolitan Cathedral and just 3 blocks from Malecón 2000. We had a wonderful night stay excellent large room with wonderful rain showers. Beds and pillows are so comfy. Good gym and outstanding breakfast. Would definitely come back. Guayaquil is an amazing city and I have never felt unsafe, but do be more than respectful and be alert, like any big city. The city and its people will treat you exactly the same.
