We would like to give a special thanks to Mostafa, Ahmed, and Abdallah from the pool team, Mina, the bartender at the splash pool bar, and Mr. Ghaly, the manager. They were there for us every day and truly made our stay unforgettable. Thanks to them, our family of eight had an amazing holiday. The service was excellent (10/10) – the staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Mina, the bartender, deserves a special mention as well. He made delicious cocktails and always greeted us with a smile, which made our time at the splash pool bar even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team also stood out. Every day they surprised us with creative towel art, and the rooms were always spotless. Their attention to detail and dedication ensured that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. We also really enjoyed the animation team. The activities were well-organized, and the animators were friendly and fun, making every day entertaining for all ages. Although officially a 4-star hotel, it truly deserves 5 stars. The service exceeded all expectations. The food was diverse and delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised to have free access to all seven à la carte restaurants, which were all excellent. The hotel is connected to the neighboring Le Jardin hotel, where guests can also enjoy the facilities. The aqua park slides were fantastic and fun for all ages, even adults. A minor point of improvement could be the bathrooms, as they are a little dated. However, compared to the outstanding service and overall experience, this was hardly an issue for us. We can highly recommend this hotel and would love to return.

the staff were really the plus point of this experience. all very helpful and kind from the first moment. especially Mostafa, he really helped me with an important problem: the airline had lost my luggage and he was really helpful and kind to me and he helped me find it and get it to the hotel as soon as possible. THANKS MOSTAFA!!! Also the reef, very beautiful, not so many colored corals, but many fish of different varieties, especially on the right side, where it is also possible to see Nemo.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The architecture in Nubian style creates a cozy atmosphere, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. I especially loved that the rooms are set in single-story Nubian-style houses with spacious terraces. There’s a thoughtful attention to every detail of the guest experience. The rooms are small but very cozy, and the bed is extremely comfortable. All the staff are attentive and genuinely caring. The beach is stunning, with a reef in excellent condition and full of diverse marine life. Meeting an octopus was an unforgettable experience. The food delights with both its variety and sophistication. This is definitely a place I would love to return to.

We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ahmed and his team for taking such amazing care of us during our stay. They solved every problem quickly and were always helpful and friendly. The food at the hotel was delicious, the accommodation was comfortable, and the air conditioning was sufficient. Throughout our stay, all the staff constantly asked if we were doing well or if we needed anything, which made us feel truly cared for. I really enjoyed staying in this flat, everything was brand new very well equipped kitchen washing machine etc separate bedroom nice living room, flat fully air conditioned with huge tares everything nicely secured end very clean 👌 close distance to Sheraton street, and amazing coffee shop downstairs called Amsterdam coffee, great coffee, lovely food during the evenings, and amazing shisha service. Thank you guys for looking after me 👍

Very clean and nice studio with all you need in a beautiful resort. Comfortable king size bed. Excellent communication with a owner who is helpful 24/7. 100% recommend 🙂
