He helped me figure out what the best way to explore the Valley of the Kings was, took care of the taxi to the airport and give good tips (like a supermarket where you don't get overcharged). The receptionist, Ms. Merna, was very kind and friendly—she also advised us whenever we needed help. If I ever return to Luxor, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The food is prepared from the organic garden they have in the property and the quantity is very generous and a fair price. Ali helped me to find a driver to take us to the main attractions in Luxor and was always flexible with our schedule. For sure the best place to stay in Luxor!
