Our spacious and comfortable rooms are nicely furnished with all modern facilities and Spa. They are trying their best. Good value. Christine, the manager look after our family. Highly recommended.

We arranged an excursion to Abu Simbel and an early-morning airport transfer through them. This meant they were available at very early hours to take the boat and help us cross the Nile. We had also arranged breakfast, but since we had to leave very early for Abu Simbel, they packed it for us in a box—an unexpected and very thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.

Even before we arrived, he kept in touch and responded promptly to any questions we had about our booking or itinerary. He even provided us with an incredibly detailed and helpful list of dos and don’ts, along with travel suggestions for Luxor, Cairo, and Aswan! There are many activities and day trips to historical sights provided by the hotel as well, and we always felt like we were in good hands here. As a passionate traveler himself, you can tell he truly cares about giving his guests an unforgettable, authentic experience. One of the highlights of our stay was taking a refreshing dip in the Nile. It was incredibly relaxing, after a busy week full of walking around and traveling. Our favorite part of the stay was meeting the warm and welcoming locals. The owner took us to a local village on another island, where we had the chance to see traditional Nubian houses. The local kids were playing and running around outside, and it was a truly heartwarming experience to interact with them. They also have an adorable dog, Zazu, who will greet you with endless love and affection the moment you arrive! We already miss him so much!!

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They always try to make you feel like home. They can also get your tickets for the temple and the light&sound show. We didn’t know this but it would have been a great option. Location wise is quite convenient because it’s next to the bus station. They also have a tuktuk and Hamo will take you back and forth to the temple or wherever in Abu Simbel always with a smile. It was so nice not having to worry about the transportation because Hamo was always there to drive us around and make our life easier. They also helped us with the bus back to Aswan and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel seems also quite new and it is very clean.
