The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Gran Canaria!

Heated in winter, the outdoor pools include waterfalls, hot tubs and a slide. Amazing stay and very very clean, cleaners were exceptional. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank the receptionist very much, that despite our late arrival at the hotel due to the bus strike situation, we did not have time to arrive at a certain time for check-in, she willingly waited for us to welcome and accommodate us. The breakfast was excellent, a rich selection of buffet. Very friendly staff. I will definitely come back here again.

This 5-star hotel is flooded by daylight and has a functional and urban interior and décor. Excellent pool and overall facilities. Sun beds were extremely comfortable and pool area relaxing. Staff attentive and welcoming. Breakfast buffet very nicely presented with many options.
