However, what truly sets this property apart is the exceptional communication and hospitality from the host/property management. From the moment we made our reservation, every message was clear, fast, and incredibly helpful. We also booked the airport transfer organized by the property — very convenient and reasonably priced — which made our arrival completely stress-free. Overall, this was one of the smoothest travel experiences I’ve ever had. I genuinely couldn’t recommend this place more. If I, or any of my friends or family, come back to Madrid — this will definitely be our first choice!

The Loft House Madrid tiene una ubicación excelente en el centro de Madrid y tiene habitaciones con aire acondicionado, salón compartido, wifi gratis y un bar. La habitación era cómoda y con baño privado. El personal fue muy amable. Todo estaba muy limpio.

Woohoo Rooms Boutique Luna tiene una ubicación conveniente en el centro de Madrid y ofrece wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento y una terraza. Everything is quite new. We got the family room. It was very spacious. It had 2 private rooms inside the suite. Which was wonderful. You can control the windows and lights from the bed header so you don’t have to get up. Also each side of the bed has its own outlets 1 usb, 1 type c and 1 regular plug) which was more than perfect. The mattress and pillows were very very comfortable. The tv was great it even has free Netflix !!! You have free coffee inside the bedroom and free water. If you ran out of water bottles you can ask in reception as many as you want. The decoration of the bedroom was just very modern. We loved it. Location is great you are literally on the Gran Via. Which is the most transited street in Spain. The metro is a 2 min walk.

Alianza Suites está ubicado en el barrio de Villaverde, en Madrid, a 8 km de Estación de tren de Atocha y a 8,3 km de Museo Reina Sofía. The apartment is so much better than the photos show. It was very clean and well equipped. The feeling was that it was brand new and we were the first guests. The apartment is quite big and it has everything you need. The bed is also very comfortable. Cleaning was alao available for free, you just need to request it at reception. The area is a quite and nice one, there are shops and restaurants nearby. Access to town center is easy- there is a bus stop across the street where you get off when you come from town center. For going downtown the bus stop is 100m away. There is also metro, about a 10 minute walk. The reception is open until 12 at night but self check-in is slso available. When we left, we asked to leave the luggage a few more hours and they were very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
