Looking for your home from home? You've found it! Stirrups is a 46 bedroom, family run hotel set within 10 acres of tranquil Berkshire countryside between Windsor, Ascot & Bracknell. Restaurant and staff were fantastic. Hotel is very historic, but updated. Room was excellent, bathroom nice size, bed very comfortable.

Dating back to the early 16th century, The Christopher Hotel, Eton is located on Windsor's historic Eton High Street and offers contemporary accommodation with free internet access. The service is excellent, they make you feel right at home. The facilities are very cozy, and the location is perfect: it's quiet and not crowded, as it’s close to Windsor Castle. The room is spacious, and a big plus is that it includes a bathtub. Breakfast is really good: very complete, with plenty of delicious options. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

James, the host, is amazing and organised a wonderful dinner for us. Nothing was a problem. He ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Windsor Cottage! From the moment we arrived, Ann made us feel so welcome. Host truly went the extra mile to make our visit special. The cottage itself is indeed charming and full of character, with thoughtful touches that made our experience truly memorable. One of the highlights was the beautifully decorated Christmas tree that added a magical festive ambiance to our December stay. Plus, the location is unbeatable - right in the heart of Windsor, 1 min from train station and close to the castle and all the shops, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and quiet. The place itself was spotless, super comfy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The little touches, like clear instructions and thoughtful details, made everything so easy and stress-free. Ann was always available if we needed anything, and she made the whole experience feel personal and warm. We couldn't recommend Windsor Cottage enough for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and a touch of holiday magic. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The coach house was absolutely beautiful with high-quality furnishings and every amenity you could think of. The location was great - a quick drive to either Bray, Maidenhead, or our favourite Windsor. Hostess Julia was simply lovely - always on hand if you needed anything but completely unobtrusive. As cat lovers, we were delighted that there was a very friendly cat on the property who we coaxed into liking us and coming for the odd visit - but if you"re not a cat lover you'd hardly notice them. I truly didn't want to leave. What a gloriously quaint but spacious English countryside mini-manorhouse!
