The staff were great and very responsive on Whatsapp. We absolutely loved it there and would absolutely stay on our next trip to London.

There is a lot of staff who are very attentive to your needs. the guest feels like a king! Thank you for the delicious surprise for my 50th birthday!

Warm comfortable and very inviting. The furniture was good quality with plenty of storage and as I had booked 4 rooms for a group of 4 females we appreciated the fact we were in a long line with just a room between us. The rainfall shower was fabulous. Lots of piping hot water and the towels were lovely and soft. Breakfast is not available on the premises but there were more than adequate tea and coffee provided and also a pain au chocolates and a tub of porridge per person and also two bottles of water which were very welcomed. This was a lovely venue for outlet girly do. Many many thanks.
