The property is 1.2 km from Madame Tussauds, and within 1.3 km of the city centre. I am not afraid to say this is the best Hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect, as you expect to see from the pictures. The experience is sublime, from the glass of Champagne at the Check In, to the room, the bar and beyond. Room was very gracious and a bit bigger if compared to London City Centre standards. Top quality facilities (from GHD hairdryer to the Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods and a beautiful Seletti kettle. Complimentary water and Coca-Cola (among other) are in the room at the check in. It was also very nice to find a handwritten card to welcome you in the room, which came along with some fresh macaroon. Staff is impeccable and they are there to fulfil every needing and wishes. Location is of course one of the top feature of the place (in less than one minute walking you're in Oxford Street). Will come back for sure.

Everything was also really clean. The fact that you use door codes is super convenient, so you don't need to worry about keys. They also stored our bags for some hours on our last day :)
