Staff was really accommodable, rooms were really confortable, bottle of water in the fridge was a great touch, all amenities necessary for a comfortable trips were there, biggest point is the breakfast which is probably one of the best I had.

This was a great hotel, the building at start might not looked outstanding, but it really represents what the docks are and you quickly begin to love the design, the red brick style, you will realize how awesome the construction really is. Rooms size is amazing, common areas are extraordinary and the titanic theme is present and beautiful.

Room was in front of hotel overlooking waterfront. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. Character of hotel and ease to move around. Breakfast was exceptional, well done Chef 👍
