Florence is a wonderful and thoughtful host. We stayed just before Christmas and the touches like mince pies were lovely. Florence kept us informed if other guests were checking in, too.

The staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Their onsite bar and restaurant was warm and welcoming. The owner even put the AFL (Australian Rules Football) on the screen the following morning after breakfast. The surrounding area was picturesque and full of history. This was an impromptu trip after visiting the surrounds which was connected to family history, and we got far more than we bargained for with this hotel and Llantrisant in general.

Yan, the owner, was so kind. She made us excellent coffee each morning, as well as she prepared us great breakfasts and talked with us about many things. The guest house was in a great location and we were able to walk to the city centre and Cardiff Bay. It was a very well decorated space with lots of light and space and it was extremely clean.
