Everything was perfect from booking, the view of the hotel from outside, check in and reception staff were excellent. Good smell and calm music at the lobby. We enjoyed the breakfast, lots of variety and nicely presented with friendly staff aound. Thank you guys (Samoni, Tekle, Nia, Ana, Sandro and all) we had a good time and we are definitely coming back again.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. the rooms were spotless ,very comfortable and clean. and the location was perfect for exploring the city. It’s close to all the main attractions and restaurants. my stay was fantastic, and I would definitely return. What I loved most about this hotel was , location in the heart of nature. Surrounded by greenery and fresh air, it felt like the perfect escape from the city. A truly peaceful and refreshing stay I highly recommend this place

I always eat out when I'm travelling but, for people who do want to self cater, this place is ideal with a good size fridge, microwave, sink etc. The kind owner even welcomed me with warm khachapuri.

We stayed at Panorama in Kutaisi for two nights (April 4–6) and really enjoyed it. We had two double rooms — one for me and my wife, the other for our daughter and mother-in-law — and everything went smoothly. The place is quiet and has an amazing view over the city — perfect to enjoy with a morning coffee or in the evening after a walk around Kutaisi. The rooms were clean, spacious, and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was super friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. You can really feel the personal touch, which made the experience even better. Breakfasts were great — tasty, fresh, and a nice variety. It definitely helped us start our days in a good mood. All in all, it’s a lovely spot to stay in Kutaisi. Relaxed atmosphere, nice people, and a great view. We’d definitely stay here again!
