We had an issue with our hot water on the first night which was attended to immediately by staff and rooms changed promptly. Staff were helpful with food and shopping recommendations near by. Thank you to Michael at the front desk who was exceptionally helpful to us! We will be back.

They went out of their way to assist from the arrival at the airport, linking me up with a driver and even assisting me during one of the days when I was stranded commuting to a conference. Sure, there may be other pricier and more luxurious hotels in the same area, but Charis is a small family owned business you will be promoting. I especially thank Emmanuel, he was very helpful and the food was very nice too.

I stayed for two weeks, and anytime I contacted him, he responded promptly, and all my needs were met satisfactorily. Security was phenomenal, and it had a massive car park in the basement. Very close to local shops, too.
