The rooms are spacious, comfortable and immaculate. We were warmly greeted by Elina upon arrival. She and Marina were very hospitable throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better with excellent views and fine restaurants in close proximity.

The hotel was centrally located, exceptionally clean and stylish, my room was spacious and with a clean modern aesthetic. The library was cosy and pool inviting. Above all the staff were incredibly helpful and personable. I’d stay there again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed, creating such a serene ambiance. It’s a perfect escape from the chaos, yet still just a short drive from Kos Town. The service was consistently excellent. Every single staff member we encountered was polite, warm, and genuinely friendly, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. It’s the little details that stood out – from the attentiveness, to the little farewell gift left on our bed on our last night, to the small touches around the property that show how much care goes into running this hotel. Food was very good, with fresh flavors and nicely prepared dishes. The only note is that the variety is somewhat limited, but what is available is of a high standard. The hotel’s location right by the sea is also a highlight – though it’s worth mentioning that the beach is pebbly and getting into the water can be a bit challenging, it’s still a lovely setting. If we had to give any constructive feedback, it would be minor things: having a bin in the room (not just in the bathroom) would be convenient, and it seemed the glassware was rinsed during daily cleaning rather than replaced. Neither of these points detracted from the overall experience, though. All in all, this boutique hotel offers tranquility, beauty, and caring service – a perfect choice for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful environment with easy access to Kos Town. Highly recommended!

Very clean, brand new apartment, fully equipped and furnished with nice and excellent taste. Very comfortable bed. Fruits and coffee as welcome for guests. Very good location close to the airport if you arrive in the evening (3 minutes walking). Owner and her mother very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much. Hope to see you soon again : -))

I loved all the little details like snacks and fresh fruit, sewing kit, spotless bathroom. Everything was welcoming and perfect. Host was so kind and helpful! If I visit Kos again, I would definitely stay at this place. Highly recommend it!
