Our studio was spacious and well maintained. There were all the amenities, such as coffee maker, espresso machine, fridge and a stove. Bathroom was large and modern. Comfortable beds. There was also a large balcony with beautiful views of the Paleopoli beach. The owners were very friendly, laid back and made us feel at home. A great plus the choice to bring the huge breakfast that they served to your room and enjoy the great views while having it. Parking was easy right across the street.

We spent 9 nights at Pelagia Beach Studios and truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was AMAZING ❤️ The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, tidied up on a regular basis, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. We loved the cozy terrace and really appreciated the peace and quiet of this place. Our host Christos and his whole family are such kind people – always ready to give us advice and there for us whenever we needed. We warmly recommend this accommodation. Everything here was perfect. We were greated very well by our host, who spoke english and told us everything we needed to know about the stay and the island. Excellent location with an amazing view over the Agia Pelagia beach. Spacious place and very good access to restaurants and bars. Also very strategic location to visit other areas of the Kythira and especially the amazing Lighthouse in the North. The host (Andreas) is very friendly and attentive and he solved very fast some minor problems we had. We recommend the place and we will go back!

Vasiliki was a perfect host, nothing was too much trouble for her. The views of the two bays from the large balcony are spectacular. Some part of the balcony is in the shade in the morning and afternoon so we enjoyed sitting out enjoying our meal or coffee daily. Kapsali is a short steep downhill walk which we loved the exercise including the uphill walk back to the apartment.
