The herbal welcome tea with Slavonic honey and the exceptional receptionist won us over with their unfaked charm. In all positions, the staff adds value to the hotel. In an era when hotels are teeming with fake hospitality, Materra knows what genuine human touch means. The wellness centre covering 1500 square metres envelopes the entire first floor of the hotel. Even though we did not try the holistic massages or rituals, we were amazed by the design, especially the sauna part. You will understand what wholeness means in this hotel. Exceptional!

The rooms are a highlight – modern, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, providing a serene retreat. Absolutely great view from the pool!! However, the food was the biggest surprise and a true standout. Calling it "great" is an understatement; it was homemade, incredibly tasteful, and simply delicious. Last but certainly not least, the hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Their genuine hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable and memorable. This is a highly recommended stop for anyone seeking comfort, beauty, and outstanding service!

It's a brand new hotel, like, a 10-minute walk from tram line 1, which takes you right into the city center or straight to Tvrđa. There's a Mlinar bakery right across the street, and a little grocery store downstairs, which is super handy since the hotel doesn't do breakfast. Plus, there's a coffee machine in the room, and they refill the Nespresso capsules every day. Everything's super clean, I have no complaints at all.

Very frindly host, the apartment was in a village near the highway, very clean, quiet and equipped with everything you need(everything was new). Private and supervised parking slot.
